Marie-Claude Lacroix obtained her Bachelors of Fine Arts from Concordia University, where she currently pursues her MFA in Painting and Drawing. Through the medium of oil painting and investigating the conventions of still-life painting, Lacroix is interested in ideas around compartmentalization, control and vulnerability.
Lacroix has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions at venues including: Galerie AVE, Never Apart, Art Mûr, and FOFA Gallery. She will take part in Manif D’Art - Biennale du Québec in 2022.
